Garden Rooms Leeds is not a building company. It is a small, free service that introduces homeowners in Leeds and the surrounding towns to a garden room builder who covers their area.
Four steps
You send an enquiry
Your postcode, the room you have in mind and how to reach you.
We find a builder
We look for a garden room builder who works in your part of Leeds or the towns around it and builds the kind of room you described.
We tell you who
Usually within one working day. You decide whether you are happy for us to pass your details on, and nothing goes anywhere until you say yes.
They visit and price it
The builder looks at the garden and gives you a fixed price. Whether to go ahead is up to you, and any contract is between you and them.
What we do not do
- Build, survey or sell garden rooms ourselves.
- Take money from you, or ask for a deposit.
- Pass your details to anyone before you agree, or to more than the one builder we name.
- Add you to a mailing list.
How it is paid for
The builder pays us a fee for each introduction. There is no charge to you at any stage.
Our prices and guides
The prices on this site are typical ranges from what Yorkshire builders publish, and each page says where its figures come from. They are for setting a budget, not quotes. Planning notes are general guidance; Leeds City Council, North Yorkshire Council or Wakefield Council can confirm what applies to a particular house.
